2. What data we collect

When you sign up to our waitlist, we process your email address. Providing it is voluntary and based on your consent.

When you access the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested) is processed in server log files by our hosting provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your email address solely to notify you once when Drop 1 launches, as well as for occasional updates about the project. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

4. Recipients / processors

To collect sign-ups we use the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Your email address may therefore be transferred to servers in the USA. This transfer is based on your consent (Art. 49 (1)(a) GDPR) and/or the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

The website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; the transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. No analytics tools such as Google Analytics are used.

6. Retention period

We store your email address until you withdraw your consent or the purpose (the launch of Drop 1) no longer applies. It is then deleted.

You have the right at any time to:
